SJ Residential is primarily a development agency which specialises in the sale and acquisition of land for the purposes of residential development throughout Greater London and the Southern Homes Counties. Clients past & present include Boots plc, Young & Co’s Brewery plc, British Airways PFT, Barratt plc, Berkeley Homes, PDT Solicitors and many other household names.
We also occasionally sell strategic land, so please do get in touch with your requirements. We have thus far dealt with a broad range of opportunity from just a few homes all the way up to a couple of thousand and everything in between!
More recently the company has affiliated itself with Stirling Shaw, a commercial real estate practice based in south-west London. Its role is to provide advice on client-owned landholdings which have potential for future residential use. Conversely, we are able to provide commercial advice in respect of any land suitable for mixed-use.
